Luke Casey BOccThy
Occupational Therapist – Bachelor of Occupational Therapy - Director
Luke graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2019. Following his graduation, Luke commenced work at the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children where he worked until launching his own business, Little Legends Occupational Therapy in 2023.
Luke has primarily been working with children who have a sensory impairment coupled with a range of complex diagnosis most frequently Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
Luke has experience working and communicating with individuals using AUSLAN as well as those who prefer to use a communication device such as Proloquo2Go, Liberator, Grid 3 and Other AAC devices.
Luke is a Rugby Union Player who enjoys keeping active and taking his 4 year old Golden Retriever Oscar to the Beach and just about everywhere he goes.
Farzad
Occupational Therapist
Farzad graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy in 2016 and has since specialised in providing supportive and engaging therapy services for children with diverse needs. Farzad is committed to helping children reach their full potential through tailored, client-centred interventions. His approach emphasizes empathy, evidence-based practice, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring that each child and family receives comprehensive, personalized support. Farzad is enthusiastic about fostering independence and adaptiveness in young clients, empowering them to overcome challenges and thrive in their daily lives.
Farzad and his wife moved to Australia to pursue a better life and embrace new opportunities. Outside of his professional life, Farzad is a passionate gamer and technology enthusiast, spending much of his spare time exploring the latest advancements in computers and the digital world.
A self-proclaimed homebody, Farzad enjoys the comforts of home, where he and his wife share quality time together. His curiosity and love for learning fuel his personal and professional growth, helping him to stay connected to the world around him.
Sienna
Occupational Therapist
Sienna graduated from Western Sydney University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Following her graduation, she began her professional journey working with children and adolescents across a variety of settings, supporting clients with a wide range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Coordination Disorder, learning disabilities and other developmental conditions.
Driven by a genuine passion for helping others, Sienna enjoys supporting children to build the skills and confidence needed to participate in everyday life. She values creating strong connections with children and their families and believes that therapy is most effective when it is engaging, meaningful and tailored to each child's individual strengths and needs. Sienna works collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals to support positive outcomes across home, school and community environments.
Outside of her professional life, Sienna enjoys leading an active lifestyle. She regularly participates in CrossFit and strength training and enjoys playing soccer. She values the importance of health, wellbeing and maintaining an active balance both personally and professionally.

Luke is a former Rugby Union Player, although he’s hung up the boots, he still enjoys going the Gym, keeping active and taking his Golden Retriever Oscar to the Beach and just about everywhere he goes.
