NDIS Report Writing
Good reports make a real difference to NDIS outcomes. A functional capacity assessment or progress report that clearly describes your child’s needs, the supports that are working and what is still required helps the NDIS understand what to fund.
We write reports for the children we work with and for families who need a specific assessment for an upcoming plan review. Reports are written in line with NDIS requirements and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

Good to know
We currently provide services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. Report writing and other non face-to-face work (such as liaising with your child’s school or other providers) is charged in addition to session time, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Tell us when your plan review is due so we can schedule assessment and writing time before the deadline.

Mobile Therapy Sessions
We offer mobile therapy sessions so that your child is able to work on developing skills required in the home, at school, preschool or while in the community.

Telehealth
Telehealth sessions are available for clients who aren’t able to attend regular face to face sessions and offer flexibility for families who have a busy schedule, are isolating or live remotely.

At this time we only provide services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.
How long does a functional capacity assessment take?
It depends on your child’s needs and the settings we need to observe. Plan for one or more assessment sessions plus report-writing time, and let us know your plan review date when you enquire.
How is report writing charged?
At the hourly rate set by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, in addition to face-to-face session time. See our fees and funding policy for details.
